I’m having difficulty downloading the app. What should I do?

If you are experiencing trouble downloading the app, please make sure to check the following:
Does your internet connection work well?
Do you use a VPN on your device?
Is there enough storage on your device?
Do you use the correct link to download it? Please click here to download the app from the App Store.
Also, please try the basic troubleshooting instructions:
1. Delete the app:
2. Download it again;
3. Open the app and tap on the “Get Started” button on the first screen of the app as shown below, and enter your details as if you were a new user:
4. On the payment screen, tap the “Restore purchase” button at the bottom to return to your account and continue using the app.
